K-Pop Demon Hunters Booking Window

(Availability & Casting Clause)
Because our K-Pop Demon Hunters are cast to support authentic Korean representation and require strong live vocals and dance performance, the roles can only be performed by a limited number of specifically qualified performers and are not readily interchangeable like standard character bookings (e.g., “princess” performers).

To reduce the risk of cancellation due to performer availability changes (illness, travel, work, appointments, etc.), we only accept and confirm K-Pop Demon Hunters bookings within approximately 8–10 weeks of the event date. Requests outside this window may be recorded as a tentative inquiry and are subject to final confirmation based on performer availability within the booking window.

Travel Policy for K-Pop Performers
Please note that travel fees for our K-Pop performers may vary and do not always follow our standard Philadelphia headquarters travel structure. While our company is based in Philadelphia, we work with performers located in NYC, DC, and other regions in order to represent these characters as authentically as possible.
Because of this, travel is calculated based on the individual performer’s location and the logistics required for the event. Final travel fees reflect mileage, tolls, parking, and related transportation expenses specific to the assigned performer.
